Well, the answer is yes you can lose weight within 2 weeks

No, I am not going to share a fad diet with you guys

Following a proper diet plan and exercise will definitely make you lose weight hastily.

A healthy diet not only makes you lose weight, but it also improves your health and makes you feel good about yourself.

here I am going to share a 2 weeks meal plan for you to shed the weight fast and dazzle your coming occasion.

2 weeks meal plan

Following 2 weeks meal plan which I am sharing, I have designed it and it completely tried and tested.

1st-week diet  plan to lose weight

Breakfast

your healthy breakfast for a 1st-week should include:

  • one bowl of oatmeal/2 whole boiled eggs/one small whole wheat roti with omelette
  • One cup of tea or coffee but without adding sugar.

Quick tip:

Try to make your omelette with a single drop of oil in a nonstick pan

Snack 1 

1/2 cup of roasted chickpeas/handful of almonds or any 1 seasonal fruit

 Lunch

for the first week, your lunch includes,

one small whole wheat roti with steamed cooked vegetable without adding a single drop of oil in it/  white chickpeas salad, or you can have one cup of brown rice with a vegetable salad.

Snack 2

For an evening snack, you can take one cup of tea without adding sugar to it and a handful of almonds or any seasonal fruit.

Dinner

for dinner, you should have 1 steamed fish/grilled chicken or you take any daal without adding oil in it.

take your dinner before 8:30 pm and eat nothing after your dinner except water.

2nd-week diet plan to lose weight

Breakfast

cup of fat-free yogurt adding dry fruit on it/vegetable omelette adding 2 whole eggs

a glass of  smoothie (blend together one cup of skimmed milk 3 dates and 1 teaspoon of honey)

snack 1

1/2 cup of roasted chickpeas

lunch

chicken/beef soup with a plate of green salad without adding no dressing and sugar on it

snack 2

a handful of nuts/air-popped popcorn or watermelon with a cup of tea or coffee without adding sugar to it.

dinner

a cup of brown rice with steamed cooked vegetable or 2 to 3 chicken/ beef kababs with a small whole wheat roti.

P. S: if you felt low in the day by doing this diet you can have 1 to 2 energy balls in a day.

Drink lots and lots of water

Drinking lots of water will not only make you lose weight but it also makes your skin healthy and fresh.

how drinking more water makes us lose weight?

Sometimes we are not hungry we are just thirsty, we munch lots of unhealthy food but the fact is we are not even hungry. it’s our thirst which we are confusing with hunger

So, next time whenever you feel hungry even after taking your meals, try to drink 2 to 3 glass of water.

Workout:

Remember you only shed weight fast when you are doing workout and diet both.

Workout plays a very important role in losing weight

For a better result, you need to exercise daily because you need to burn more calories than you are consuming.

go for a brisk walk for 30 minutes daily and you can also try Leslie 3 miles walk.

Note: After 2 weeks of completing this diet don’t just jump into unhealthy eating, it will make you easily gain back all the weight in a very short period.
