Many people who start their diet skip their meals especially breakfast to lose weight fast which is completely wrong.

Skipping meals never makes you lose weight I repeat NEVER, in fact, it makes you gain more weight and it makes you inactive for the whole day.

Studies show that people who eat breakfast are fewer chances of being overweight/obese and they are more active than the people who don’t.

Eating a healthy breakfast keeps your body energetic for the whole day and it has also many health benefits.

BUT it doesn’t mean that you start eating lots of donuts and chocolates for breakfast and expect to lose weight it never happens. you need to eat healthy food to lose weight.

here is the list of foods which you can have in your breakfast to lose weight.

1) Apples for a healthy breakfast

We all heard about the phrase called “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”, Do you ever thought why they said eating an apple a day keeps the doctors away it’s because apples are full of nutrients they are full of vitamins A, B and C, and fiber.

The best thing about eating apples in a morning is that it keeps you full and satisfies your hunger.

Apples are one of the best choices for a healthy breakfast.

One apple has 95 calories which are quite good.

you can eat an apple for breakfast in any form like you can eat an apple with porridge or you can take fried apples or simply you can make an apple smoothie.


Try to eat an apple with peel because apple peel has fiber and people who eat more fiber have a smaller waist than people who don’t.

2) Peanut butter on toast for a healthy breakfast

Peanut butter on toast is another healthy breakfast idea.

it is the best food to eat for breakfast because it controls hunger as it has healthy mono-saturated fats and protein.

it’s the perfect breakfast food when you are in a hurry it’s easy to make and it has health benefits too. it is very low in cholesterol and saturated fats

Spread  1 tablespoon of peanut butter in wholemeal toast and eat it.

3) Oatmeal for a healthy breakfast

If you are looking to lose weight, Oatmeal is one of the best foods to eat as you won’t gain weight.

It has also used for treating several health problems including skin problems, chicken pox, acne and many more.

Oatmeal has more fiber which makes you feel fuller.

Eating oatmeal for breakfast is the best idea it boosts your energy throughout the day.

6) Oats pancake for a healthy breakfast

Oat pancake is another healthy breakfast idea.

They are high in protein which contains fatty acid and vitamin B which controls the weight of the body.

So, what you’ll need? 

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup of Quaker Oats
  • 2 eggs


  1. put all the ingredients in the blender and blend it until the smooth batter form.
  2. heat the nonstick pan, pour batter on it.
  3. When you notice that the edge of the pancake change color, Turn the pancake and leave the other side for 2 to 3 minutes then remove it from the pan
  4. And here is your yummy healthy pancakes are ready.
  5. Serve it with nuts and honey.

Note: Remember healthy foods also contain calories it doesn’t mean if you are eating healthy food than you start taking big portions which makes your healthy food unhealthy.

Portion control is a must even for healthy food.
