Smoothies are a great energy booster to include in your diet. They are full of nutrients. It is the great alternative for all the unhealthy beverages. If you are the person who likes having those unhealthy beverages with your meal, smoothies are a great alternative for you.
These are the perfect meal to add to your diet and adding these smoothies into your diet don’t even make you realize that you are on clean eating even though these smoothies are more delicious than those unhealthy beverages.
Here are my 7 all-time favorite smoothie recipes that are delicious and you should include in your diet.
1. Fresh Green Smoothie
This green smoothie is perfect for glowing skin and it is also great for the people who don’t like green salads you can have this green smoothie to fulfill your other nutrients.

This smoothie has cucumber and spinach, cucumbers are amazing for hydrating your body and the best thing about cucumbers are it doesn’t contain any calories and spinach is high in antioxidants and it is also great for the eyes.
- 2 Cucumber with peel
- A handful of Spinach
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons of almond butter
- ice cubes (optional)
Place everything into a blender and blend until smooth. When it turns smooth. Enjoy your fresh yummy smoothie.
2. Cocktail Smoothie
The cocktail smoothie is my favorites smoothie. It’s one of the easiest smoothies to make. I remember I used to take this smoothie before my workout and it makes me felt so energized.
Fresh apples and grapes made this smoothie so healthy because both fruits are amazing for our health.
- 2 apples
- 1 tablespoon of organic honey
- 1 cup of skimmed milk
- almonds (optional)
Blend all the above ingredients until it smooth. Serve it into the jar and garnish it with chopped almonds.
3. Velvet Smoothie
Strawberries, cherries, and banana amazingly combine fruits for benefitting our overall health and yogurt is the cherry on the top of the cake it contains calcium which is amazing for our bones.
- 6 strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp. of Greek yogurt
- 10 cherries
- 2 cups of milk
Blend everything in a blender then serve and enjoy your velvety strawberry smoothie
4. Power Banana smoothie
This is the perfect breakfast smoothie to start your day that’s why I named this smoothie power banana smoothie because it has a banana which fulfills your protein intake and It also keeps you fuller for few hours.
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- A cup of low-fat yogurt
- A cup of skimmed milk
- 1 teas spoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

- 2 cups of almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of Jeffery powder
- 3 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
